Store Requests

The Store Requests Report allows a store to view all the request from different sources. A request typically documents an action a store must take, for example to send stock to another store or mark down prices on stock labels. This report will be embedded on the home page of the store portal.

Criteria Form

While this report is typically embedded on the home page of the store portal, the criteria form can be used at head office to display the requests for a single store.

Field Description
Store Select the store to show different tasks.

Reports

There are two report levels. The first level is a summary report showing each task type for which there is currently an outstanding request. It contains the following columns:-

Column Description
Task Type The name of the task type.
Action By

There may be multiple tasks for a specific task type. This column contains the earliest date which action is required by. 

 

Click the link on the task type to display all outstanding tasks for the selected type. Currently the following task types are supported although this list will expand over time: -

  1. Transfer Requests: This link displayes the Review and Process Transfer Requests Report which includes all movements created by the Stock Consolidate process and accepted Inter-Store Stock Requests.
  2. Inter-Store Stock Requests: This link displays the Process Inter-Store Stock Requests report.
  3. Outstanding Markdowns: This link displays the Process Markdowns report.
  4. Outstanding Transfer In: This link displays the Unacknowledged Transfer Report
